Who sets the price?
Prices come from the Getdoo price list for each trade, known to you and the customer upfront. On site you build the final price from price-list items, plus parts with a receipt.
When do I get paid?
The visit fee is released when you arrive. The rest is released when the customer approves (or automatically after 48 hours) and paid to your bank in the weekly payout.
What if the customer declines the repair?
You keep the visit fee. You never leave home before it’s paid.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You choose which requests to accept, and can go offline anytime.
What if there’s a dispute with a customer?
Our team reviews the photos, details and messages with both sides and decides. The money stays held until then.
