    Pros nearby accept your request. See reviews, past work, points and arrival time, and pick one.

    Pay the visit fee

    The visit fee is paid in the app and deducted from the final price. Only then does the pro see your full address.

    Approve and release

    The final price is set on site from the price list. You pay before the repair, and the money is released only after you approve the work.

Frequently asked questions

Who sets the price?

Prices come from the Getdoo price list for each field. You get an estimate before the visit, and on site the pro builds the final price from price-list items, plus parts by receipt.

What is the visit fee?

A fixed fee per field, paid when you choose a pro. If you go ahead with the repair it is deducted from the final price; if not, that is all you pay.

When does the pro get paid?

The money is held by a licensed payment company and released only after you approve the work. If you neither approve nor report a problem within 48 hours, it is released automatically.

How are pros checked?

Every pro uploads ID, business registration, insurance and a trade license where needed (for example electrical). Our team checks the documents before they get any jobs.

What if something is wrong after the repair?

Instead of approving, report a problem in the app. The money stays held and our team checks with both sides.
